Walsh and Partners Solicitors LLP is a general practice firm with offices in Cork city and Midleton. We are currently seeking a commercial Lawyer to work in renewable energy to join our busy team due to continued expansion. This role is a full time position and full time remote working is available for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have post qualification experience and have the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload. The successful candidate will deal extensively with all solar/wind option agreements and leases, property title matters, liaise with developers and landowners. They should also have experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing agreements.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in all areas of commercial contracts particularly acting for both developers and landowners in the area of renewable energy and in respect of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases;
· Have experience in property title matters and conveyancing.
· Be familiar with case management systems, in particular Keyhouse;
· Ability to manage a busy caseload with an attention to detail and client focused;
· Candidates should be in a position to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R20,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
